Shipping policy

All items are made and printed in our home business. They will be processed within 3 business days after the order is submitted and paid. After the order is completed, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

Custom orders will take additional time. Processing will not begin until the customer has replied and approved the design mock up sent via email. Please allow 3 business days to receive your mock up email.

We offer a free local pick up option.  If you would like to pick your item up from us in Olathe, KS, please choose that option at checkout. Your order will be processed in 3 business days. When your order is completed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions. Please respond to this email to set up a pick up time.

If you would like to request a rush order, please email us to see if it is available. Additional charges will apply.
